Maybe I can swing 2 weeks away next year. Hershey is always a must, couldn't imagine missing it, but couldn't imagine Detroit to NJ, NJ to Detroit, Detroit to Hershey, Hershey to Detroit. I should try 3 weeks and try to fit TRJ's gig in there too. WTF, aim high right?

Been a long time Mel. It would be nice to catch up and this is the right way IMO.

 

TROG obsession has overwhelmed the rational part of my brain that keeps me from buying an Overhead conversion for my B motor. I can usually keep that particular insanity in check by actually calculating the dollars per horsepower gain of an OHV. Ouch!

However, after seeing another great Riley 2 port in an Amilcar at the Gathering of the Faithful this past weekend I can no longer keep the craziness at bay.

But it seems cool to have some beach wagons hauling people around!

 

The timing with Rodder's Journal/Carlisle/Hershey definitely makes it easier on those of us coming a long distance (Although sadly it does conflict with Day of The Drags here in Texas)
Whatever date you choose I'll be there with either the '33 3 window or 34 Phaeton(whichever gets finished), and I suspect more Emperors will make the trek next year.

I brought a new tire for my Indian, and never got to changing it. Just realized it never made it home.
