First, huge thanks and congratulations to Mike and the Rusty Nuts for the 10th annual show.

Just a few things that caught my eye. There were lots of other cool cars there that I didn't photograph because I had already photographed them at other shows or I just couldn't get a good shot.

    First, the indoor stuff:

Really nice. A little something for every taste. Where is this event?

  4. Thanks for sharing.
Not all the cars were present at the same time so I see at least one I missed..
Probably a product of the weather.

Great pics... thanks. I've noticed with digital photography that sometimes it can take on a very fake, photoshopped look. Look at the red top on the green pickup or the vehicles in front of the National Guard building. I had the same thing happen at a Monster Truck show and everyone thought I'd faked the pics. Never have heard a good explanation for that.

Nice shots Paul, but what about the vehicle that the Ed Roth "Wagen Meister" was in?

Didn't you read the part up top where I said "There were lots of other cool cars there that I didn't photograph because I had already photographed them at other shows"? :D

I photographed your cool Suburban at Pimlico.

  12. ........I know exactly what you're saying, but I can't explain it either. I think that the digital photography is so good, so real, that it does often look "unreal" or touched -up. It's like the colors, depth and definition are so advanced and spot-on that they are more accurate than the human eye. I've often felt, and it really makes no sense, that old black and white photos offer up some sort of more realistic images. I wish someone with more technical knowledge could explain the phenomenon to us. Sorry for the thread hijack, great shots Paul, thanks for posting. Now back to regular programming..................Don.:)

  13. Congrats to Mike and all the Rusty Nuts brothers for a great show....I had a blast being at the show with the car.......Bill Lays speedster was the bomb.

  14. GREAT show once again, Mike and the Rusty Nuts do everything possible to make it interesting for all.
Your photo's make mine look rather poor.

Wow! There is some really cool cars in those pics. The one that is flat black in the middle, and blue top and bottom. That is kind of unique never seen that done before.

Yes, here are a few more I forgot to load. The color of the roadster is not correct here as it appears too blue.
