I agree that #5 is really mean looking. Anyone know what the rim size and tire combo that is on the front?

Jay.S it's running 18's can't remember the tire size. That #5 car was built for my friend Zach, by my bro Ricky from Ricky Bobby's RodShop.

Scrap Metal 48. That car is chopped perfect, 8 inches total. It's got a model a seat in it and I'm 6' and still had good headroom and good visibility.

Anybody have anymore information or a build on that #7 car? What year and model is it? I saw it on Saturday morning but it didn't have the 7 on it yet?

  18. Good pics, dave--probably the best selection representative of what's really there. Out of 1000+ cars, some are real good, some not so good, and a bunch of total crap too.....but with the parts available, the bands, and seeing friends it's always a good time. And that little blue/white boat....it's mine now:)

That's awesome! I stopped and looked at that little boat and the stainless steel small camper next to it. What are your plans for the boat?

  22. Why, buy a captain's hat and an ascot and command the waterways at the yacht club! Or.... maybe get an eye patch and work on my rapin' and pillagin'. Yaaarrrrrg!:D
Srsly...hope to "restore" it and get some water time in before I die.;)

I thought you might drop an old small block with open headers in it and make a speed boat. That would piss off the folks at Tims Ford. :p

Most likely though you'll just park it next to the other half-a-boat you have out back, and it will patiently wait its turn with all your other projects...

But as long as yer happy...:D

Seriously though, I hope you live long enough to finish all your projects.

  25. Pissing and moaning?
    Seriously?
The thread title can be read to imply there are 8 pictures.
It was humor, and I was genuine in my thanks for posting them.

Flowmeister, I didn't take it personal. I've been 2 years in a row and this year wasn't nearly as good as last year. There was a lot of rat rods and butchered up shit. Everyone's got there own style and I respect that. But I'm more of a traditional guy and those where the cars I found. Anymore pics posted would be great (thumbs up)
