I agree that #5 is really mean looking. Anyone know what the rim size and tire combo that is on the front?
Jay.S it's running 18's can't remember the tire size. That #5 car was built for my friend Zach, by my bro Ricky from Ricky Bobby's RodShop. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Scrap Metal 48. That car is chopped perfect, 8 inches total. It's got a model a seat in it and I'm 6' and still had good headroom and good visibility. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Anybody have anymore information or a build on that #7 car? What year and model is it? I saw it on Saturday morning but it didn't have the 7 on it yet?
That was the only cars i felt like taking pictures of that fit the traditional style. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
here is link to slide-show of pics I took at the rumble on Saturday, great swap-meet and gathering http://s31.photobucket.com/user/davedeltadog/slideshow/rumble13?sort=3
Good pics, dave--probably the best selection representative of what's really there. Out of 1000+ cars, some are real good, some not so good, and a bunch of total crap too.....but with the parts available, the bands, and seeing friends it's always a good time. And that little blue/white boat....it's mine now
Earl schieb you got the little boat that was $450 bucks with motor included?? Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Bought it without a motor for cheap. Helped that he is a friend of mine--he even delivered it to my shop Sunday morning.
That's awesome! I stopped and looked at that little boat and the stainless steel small camper next to it. What are your plans for the boat?
Why, buy a captain's hat and an ascot and command the waterways at the yacht club! Or.... maybe get an eye patch and work on my rapin' and pillagin'. Yaaarrrrrg! Srsly...hope to "restore" it and get some water time in before I die.
I thought you might drop an old small block with open headers in it and make a speed boat. That would piss off the folks at Tims Ford.
Most likely though you'll just park it next to the other half-a-boat you have out back, and it will patiently wait its turn with all your other projects... But as long as yer happy... Seriously though, I hope you live long enough to finish all your projects.
Pissing and moaning? Seriously? The thread title can be read to imply there are 8 pictures. It was humor, and I was genuine in my thanks for posting them.
My son and I looked at that boat several times and thought the back end was really cool, good score on it
Flowmeister, I didn't take it personal. I've been 2 years in a row and this year wasn't nearly as good as last year. There was a lot of rat rods and butchered up shit. Everyone's got there own style and I respect that. But I'm more of a traditional guy and those where the cars I found. Anymore pics posted would be great (thumbs up) Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
