Jalopy Showdown Drags Sept.28th

The Jalopy Showdown Drags, Sept 28th at Beaver Springs Dragway. We're still racing & having a big time after all these years. Last year was the best yet with lots of vintage front engine dragsters, the East Coast Gassers running their program & YOU running the piss out of your car all day long. No eliminations, minimum number of classes, easy tech = lots of fun! Traditional Rod & Kulture Illustrated is still our big sponsor & we thank them. Hope to see lots of you there to race.

When do the gates open? Are we able to come the night before and camp out? If not, no problem. Just wondering if its setup like the dirt track showdown. Thanks!

He has a test & tune Friday evening so he gets a few bucks to get in Friday & I think it is 10 bucks to camp. LOTS more room then we have at the Showdown & lots of guys come in early to hang out. Gates open at 8 Saturday morning.

I'll be there...this is not a meet to miss! I even stayed two days to watch the rain fall a couple years ago...

 

Aces & Eights c.c. will be there running the new club car.
