Have a chance to trade for a 1934 Ford Truck. Driver's quality paint, complete running and driving truck, running a chevy 350 with 350 auto trans, late 70s steering column and blazer front and rear suspension with a Ford 9 bolt rear end. I guess condition wise you could call it a driver, but needing work. I will post pics when I get them, but would you say it is worth around $6,000?
I am a Chevy guy so I know pretty much Nothing about Fords. Thanks!

    EDIT:
I did not trade for it. Check it out on the link below. Looks like a hack job to me

I assume you've already gotten yourself over there with your fistful of cash. If you're still wavering, give me the phone number - I'd be happy to acquire a running, rodded 34 pickup for less than $10k

You need to post a picture, a Blazer front end certainly doesn't go under a 34.

Is it on it's original frame? Does it have fenders? Title? If this is a cab stuck on a Blazer chassis without a correct title, you've got $1500 worth of parts and $100 worth of scrap.

If it's a mostly complete truck with some 70's rod work that just needs to be swapped out, it could be a great deal.

But not even CLOSE to enough info to determine value. Pics will tell the story.

  9. I need to see this with a blazer front end on it that has to look crazy.

Good point. I will let you guys know tomorrow if I can get them to show me some more pics. Stay Tuned!

  11. With a Blazer suspension it sounds like a rat rod. That wouldn't' be worth much.

GM also made 2WD S-10 Blazers so I'm wondering if its an S10 frame swap??? Not exactly something that would enhance the value.

So what are you "trading" for this truck?? Or did you mean buy? If the body is unmolested and in decent shape dent and rust wise $6,000 looks like a good buy.

Definitely an interesting way to f up a cab. I think passing on that was a good move.

That is what I thought. Just because you had a blazer chassis laying around does not mean you should throw your ford cab on it.

Well from the recent info I've gotten on here about a cab I found.....that is no way a 34 cab! Run don't walk from that thing!

  20. Says in the ad that it's a 37, why did you think it was a 34?

Hey, someone used one of Ronald McDonald's old suits to make the interior! Looks like someone is looking for a sucker to help them feel better about the $19,000 mistake they made.

I would check the glove box for cash he said he had 19k in it. There is no way he's got that in parts.
