Damn Lars your hittin' the core of Phoenix hot rodding from ten years ago with those shots! H.A.M.B.er Jerry's Chevy truck before it's big accident with my louvered hood still on it, H.A.M.B.er Mike's '57 wagon, skater Jeff's roadster with Nick ridin' shotgun... Heady days my friend made better with good photography! if I remeber correctly I was supposed to go on that trip with the Plymouth, but winked out at the last minute for business reasons. That had to be about the time of the Mel's Diner Grand ave burnout...

Bloody hell! That was ten years ago? Rattle Can Nats, CHRR and an El Mirage meet all in one weekend. Man, what a bitchin' road trip that was.

I remember rolling south on hwy 33 toward the James Dean Memorial Splat Spot, looking over the hood of that Ranch Wagon at Jeff's roadster hauling ass down the desolate two lane with nothing there to tell you that it wasn't still 1957. Good shit for sure.

The patina'd 32 roadster in the trailer was for sale at the 2012 LA roadster show.
Don't know if it sold on the weekend, but they were asking $45k for it.

Great set of pictures you posted Brent. Thanks

Can't believe I'm just finding this thread.

Not much that kills the look of a T than a windshields that is strait up or leans forward. I also wanted my windshield to be the same angle as the steering column.
