  1. Beautiful work so far guys, one of the best weeks ever!

I started doing some real quickie black and grey marker drawings while I was laid up in hospital...

I found a nice art piece on the auction site but it was in the wrong colors. I requested an update and Parry Johnson obliged to match my car. Thanks Parry!

I am remodeling my living room to a vintage, hot rod, Marilyn Monroe theme. Saw an idea from that dang Pinterest to use a wooden pallet and make into a wall shelf. Had some old car emblems, plates and what not, made this little deal.

During Hot Rod Magazine photo shoot on the City of Burbank car, the pin-up crew from another mag was photographing a contemporary streamliner. The contrast of the two is humorous.

After the collapse of civilization, the post-apocalyptic wasteland will be a mashup of Mad Max and One Million Years B.C. Take care of yourself now, so you don't miss it.

  26. Super late, just watched Airplane with the wife and 2 oldest who we're seeing off to college this week end. I didn't realize I was 10 when Am. Graffiti came out. I turned 50 on Tuesday if that means anything... The best I can do this week is follow the trend... sort of... I'll go through the whole thread some time tomorrow... Props to Bob for the cool image and to Spoggie for kicking it off and his cool stuff. Also Bernie for his amazing work...

Milner's coupe inspired a few people out there...

That yellow coupe is responsible for this project I'm still not finished with tho I started it the day after I saw the move in about 1979...

I've been off in my own little world for a bit, but anyway, my first full year of pinstriping is coming to a close (Sept. 21st) and I've been painting anything I can get my hands on because...well, it's a lot of fun. These are a few things I've done over the last couple of weeks. The green and pink one is something I just finished last night. :)
