Look like Excelsiors tires to me.

Tires are blockley a small english company who make vintage tires - circle is the company logo

I love this little car...

 

The car looks great. The chassis looked great at the Classic car show but now it's all together it is a real credit to the builder. (I know the builder but I think Ukmodified is one of his sons - I just don't know which one).

Yea it's his son ...my dad is not the greatest with computers ...it's his middle one Blake hence lack of technicals on the car
