I didn't know there was a Pick-a-part in Camrose, I'm out by Leduc!

I have a 59 Edsel Ranger 2 door hard top if you want the data plate info.

  3. I haven't seen cars like those in a self service yard since the early 80's.

There's sure a lot of them setting around but I've found that perseverance and and a fair offer with cash in hand will often make all the difference. Sometimes you just have to up the ante! I have my share of them setting also but at least some of them are out west where they don't seam to rust and I'd be willing to sell a lot of em.

Ha! Its a Challenger, I don't know why I typed 69. Probably because at the same time I was typing it I was thinking about a '69 Camaro that's rotting away just down the road here. I realize these cars don't fall within the realm of the HAMB's car guidelines...but they are still very valuable classics that are foundering on neglect.

And I highly doubt that any member of this forum would be un-excited at the discovery of a true R/T challenger - rotting in the woods. I just wish I had a picture of it.

Could care less! No muscle, VW, or motorcycles on HAMB period. Other websites for that stuff.

My grandfather restored several Packards after he retired. I wish I had some pictures of them. He did 3 or 4, all early 50's 2-door models.

It's Sitting and Rotting.... Not give people shit about the pictures they posted. People that are bored throw a fit if they see a later model car or a vw in the same picture. Get a life.

For those of you without enough sense to understand what the HAMB is, lets take a few moments for a refresher:

    http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44274

And pay particular attention to the "rules" section, specifically #'s 7 & 8:

So there isn't any boredom involved. We just respect the site enuff to give folks shit when they insert their heads in dark places...... :D

  25. Thanks to SouthUrn, 46stude, nitrobrother and all others who put forth the effort to keep this and other great threads within H.A.M.B. guidelines. The H.A.M.B. admins knew what they were doing when they established the rules and this is demonstrated by the amazing popularity of this website. Don't muck up these traditional-type threads by straying from their guidelines.
