    Saw this on my way back to Chicago from Tampa. It was traveling in Tennesse. Dying to know what it is. Sorry, these are the best shots I could get 80 MPH.     Why would is it being transported like that? Is that how some people buy cars from long distances? Sorry but I'm just curious I have never seen anything that old on the back of a transporter. Most of the old stuff I see is crushed and in the back of scrap trucks going to Birmingham.

    That's insane! Why would anybody scrap such a cool old truck? :eek: Glad this one was saved.

    Wherever its going, I hope it stays exactly like that. I know this a hot rod site, but that already looks like a hot rod dump truck. Well...maybe I would a little extra something under the hood;)

    I agree old dump trucks from the 30's, 40's and early 50's look cool. Glad to see this one get saved.......

    I think I may be biased though, I grew up around dump trucks and trailers... My old man owned a bunch of then.

    As the trailer hits bumps you can only imagine the shit falling off that old truck onto the vehicle below it....
