I think the Herb Ogden Buick is at the very top of the Classy Custom ladder.

Palle Johansen's 1947 Cadillac Convertible - work in progress - definitly belongs on this thread.

David Martinez is responsible for cutting the windshield, extending the cat walk and creating the Gaylord style padded top.

This car will develop into a more full custom as it could have been built in 1948, but even now it is already a Classy Kustom.

Rik, I think it looks great as it is. What additional changes is Palle planning for it?

Man there are some nice cars on this thread, but I gotta believe the 55 Cadillac with the classiest lines and a true driver from all aspects has to be Roger Jetters kustom. Roger and his brother Dan has put a lot of time and energy into this one to get it right.

  20. And Rog looks lovely standing next to it! Sorry Roger, just couldn't pass it up.

    here's my 55 cadillac
there it is in yellow when it was dumped off to me.
My buddy Flop chopped the roof.
We shaved the drip rails and changed the side vent to an angled actual vent opening.
We also changed the rear window.
Next is to do a removable hardtop then the customizing is done.
And prep the body for shiny paint.

Love this thread. Some tasty customs here.
