Your project is one of my favorites of all time, it's going to be a hoot to drive.
Please keep the pictures and comments coming, I look forward to seeing what your doing with it.

I've had bad luck with stripper too. I found the fastest stripper are those paint stripper pads that look like hard foam. They really cut paint off and don't hurt the metal. I use the 3M roloc style that quickly change on a coarse threaded arbor.

Ready for the final coat of primer and hope to be spraying color within the next week or two. Tried to go cheap with Summit Racing's Wimbledon White assuming it would be close to the Ford color. It wasn't (see engine compartment). So I had the local paint shop mix some up for me. Picked it and the Rangoon red up today (I'm going with the Wood Brothers colors as several of you suggested).

Spent the last few weeks finishing some bodywork on the hood and front fenders, painting jambs and the insides of the doors and other misc. stuff.

I've never seen a Falcon done up like yours (stock car style). Cool and different. I'll
want to see more on this one.

Wow, I cant believe your at the paint stage of your build already!

I need to get a move on, you've given me motivation to get back into the rust repairs :)

Keep up the great work, loving this project!
