  1. Spoogie, I believe that roadster is a 1936 or 37 Lagonda Rapide.

  2. Great work everyone - really great show already - looking forward to more.

Good stuff so far. I really like that wood woody Martinsmaia. I recently finished something I think is hamb friendly.

  4. Dusty ol man - yep, I agree Lagonda. Had 'nother look. Saw a show on Rolls Royce today- a lot to like about the way the cars are made.
[IMG] Rolly is a local ex- speedcar racer. Check out this commission from Tuesday of his neat street Puma.
I can do these from your photos too- $150 US post paid 300x 400mm on canvas. For service PM me.

  6. Spoogie - your watercolors are awesome! tough medium - everything you do with watercolor is one of those "hold my beer, here we go!" kind of moments. One has to really think on their feet to get to have your kind of command of this medium. Thanks for sharing your work on here.

  8. ^^ Wow- thanks D.O.B man. Lately it's acrylic worked thin & fast (above). But more genuine watercolour on cotton paper is imminent!

The Rapide- I bet you'll never forget! I painted a '35 Darby Bentley recently. BTW i enjoy your posts. Invariably clean design- easy on the eye.

Nice mag feature robschwager. Your stuff always has a happy, cool vibe to it. They got another FAS artist for Old Skool Rodz this month...some scratcher named BOMONSTER.

bbb: Really nice vintage photo look. Especially like the open cropping.
whateverweber: Your exquisite art deserves a good website. Looks like you now have one. Good luck with that.

Thanks Chevymike. From one Mike to another, That was my thought. Start with a wagon and end up with a Nomino the size of the old Falcon Rancheros. Glad you like it.
