Not to be the sheriff, But NOBODY pointed out '32 cabs have a BOLT IN FIREWALL,

'33-'34's have a welded unit, gaining 1 1/2 inch cabin space, the back of the later 33's and all '34 have a upper body strengthener, also sets seat back at a 1 inch angle, Gains another inch, for big guys, and more comfy..
On the frames, Radiator goes ON TOP of cross member, (32's) but '33-'34 radiator mounts AHEAD of cross member, & leans back, so hoods are different from 32's. From firewall out to crossmember '33-34 curves up, '32's straight.. Wheelbase longer on 33-34, so rear wheel is centered,, '32's had longer bed to the back. Running boards on '33-34 PU's mount UNDER frame, '33-34 Cars, mount TO the frame, for HIBOY CARS, frame is the same, but no holes to fill.. Big truck DOORS/CABS, same as PICKUP DRS/CABS, fenders way different, frame totally different. 'Lotta little differences, Ya might not care, But ya might? But, me, I like em all !!!

I bumped this a years and a half ago to add my buddy Ronnie's little '34, then never added it... Dumb! Here is what it looks like, but normally with the hood closed.

Here's my '32. My Dad bought and gave it to me in 1982, I was just 2 years old! At the time he overhauled the engine, trans, suspension, brakes and wiring. He also had the 16" Kelsey Hayes wires painted and put new Firestone 6.00-16 tires. In 1995 (I was 15) we installed a Magnum dropped axle, reversed the spring eyes, '46-48 hydraulic brakes and 7.00-16 rear tires. A few years later I put a dropped original headlight bar.

As over yesterday, it now looks like this. After over 30 years it's time to retire the 4-banger for something with a little more GO.

Here's an "old pic" of my "old '34 truck" for this "old thread".
It was my first ride in high school in Dallas in 1960. I was 16.
Here's something that will seem crazy nowadays.
I drove 2 miles to a junk yard and removed 2 door windows from a junker for $25.
Hey...my truck was only 26 years old then! Plenty of '32's in the junk yards then. 001.jpg
