    Cool roadster How much is the windshield chopped and do you know how much it is leaned back... Perfect Thanks Bruce

  16. It's roughly a 3 1/2" chop, I leaned the post back until it looked bitchin and my hand still cleared the windshield.

  22. After a little break from working on it, hotrod-40 got it wired. It now charges, lights work, and it does great out on the road. We did a little 80 mile test run yesterday...

    what makes yers for me, is that you have a shorter radiator, and were able to drop grille shell down,, In 1961, I raised the 29 body up 1 5/8" off the frame with a wood spacer the full length of the body, so the grille shell would look correct.

    I feel NOTHING ruins the looks of a car MORE, than havin' the grille higher than the cowl. Lotta examples on the H A M B. of grille shells higher the the cowl..
