Very Kool Juicy Gee! Yes, Charles does have a special place in his person for the Broiler! He visits as often as he can. If ya guys dig Googie, ya gotta check out the Overdrive Exhibit at the Getty now thru July I believe.

That double decker trailer would look great being towed behind a Nasau Blue & White 56 Chevy wearing the same colors.

You're welcome Roger, Thanx for bringing out the Watson Bird. I think Larry would've been diggin the nite it was more in line with use to go on at the Broiler when he hung out there.

 

Tonite is cruise nite, We have the LARS happening in nearby PoMo. Lots of shop tours will be/are going down,so if you're out visititing Masterson Kustom or just seeing where Roth, Barris, Watson and Jefferies worked their magic, stop on by the Broiler to see where they showed off their wares. Hope to see ya!

 

Was a great cruise nite. Had many people there, great cars as usual, Thanx guys. Even had some of Harvey's family in. It was very nice to be able to hear stories about the place. One thing that they said was Harvey would have loved the place.

It was a great nite on Weds, I hope ta see ya guys out there next week as it is pretty kool to have you guys show up week after week and provide mechanical eye candy for many others to see,experience & enjoy.

 

Just taking a moment to let everyone that frequent the Broiler that our very own Cisco Chacon is laid up in the Hospital after a spill on his motorcycle. If you'd like to drop off a get well card tomorrow night during cruz nite, we'll make sure he get's it.

just wanted to say im glad theres another cruise night in downey. I grew up here and all through high school went to friscos on wednesday nights for their cruise night and when that closed down things seemed dead for a while.

 

There's always something exciting happening at the Broiler...!
