looks way better now. what color of blue is that? that's about what color mine will be.

 

Those 2 pics are the same color. I don't know what color it is called. The outdoor pic is more true to the actual color. The indoor pic is taken under high efficiency lights with a big green molding machine about 15 feet away(see reflection in the bumper and turn signal housing) I think those 2 things conspired to make it look much darker and deeper. I like the way that color looks.

Here is my pile in progress. Rechopped it after a Winfield class. The only thing I didn't redo was the hammer weld over the top of the 51 Ford rear window. Everything else was redone. Lots more planned when I can finally get back on it. Custom built rear suspension with scratch built MII front suspension. Sits static at 4 inches off the ground. No bags.

One with skirts and dog-dish caps from last fall.

I wanted to go with something fresh so off with the skirts and went with spider caps and inner rings.

So lets hear it....whats the general consensus??

 

I finally have my 53 on the road. Still looking for a couple nice teeth but never the less I'm enjoying it

This is exactly the chop I want to do on my 54! How much did you chop it and do you have any pics of the chop in progress? Looks killer!!!

 

My old 54. Learned a LOT on this car. Finished it a second time, was totally sick of it, sold it, never saw it again. Anyone see it around?
