HRP I showed up early to get some gas before heading out to the Cars and Coffee downtown and then I ended up having a few snafu's that caused me to miss you guys heading out. Damn it I hate that I missed it. Looks like you guys had a great time.

 

38 Deuces all together in one place! It just doesn't get any better than that. What a great testament to Randy. You all did good.

I hope someone posts more pics.... That looks like a bunch of great people havin a great cruise.

 

Drove to Knoxville last night and finished up this morning in the rain. I had a great time, well worth the drive.

Someone had carb floats stick on them (won't mention name). Note to self; carry a carb rebuild kit in parts box.

What a great time. I'm enjoying the pics a lot, but it was WAY better being there in person. Weather was great, good folks and new territory to scope out on the route this year.

I took a few pics and attempted to shoot some video. The video from Main St in Blowing Rock, to put it mildly, sucked. The civilian vehicles that got between the Deuces kinda fuggled it up...not to mention that I didn't have a proper tripod and the camera was waving all over the place. You all were nevertheless looking good rollin' down Main in Blowing Rck. Here are a couple that I shot, followed by a link to all of them.

We had a absolute ball,I think adding the Friday night motel listing and getting together for supper at the Lona Star added a lot to the Run giving people that have to travel a long distance for a one day drive through the mountains gives them the opportunity to arrive a day early,see the sites and just socialize.

Proof positive,,this is a driving event was evident buy the license plates.
