    Thanks Kenmo. Look out- I'm gonna yell loud ('coz I'm yelling from Australia- and I'm a 2500 HAMB posts grouch);

MY AUSTIN IS a HOLDEN. Football, meat pies, kangaroos & HOLDEN CARS!
In aussie hot rodding these Holdens were what the Model T/A Fords were to American hot rodding. I own the yellow one. Just got a nice Toyota 5 speed to adapt to the hot original six.
Thanks folks for kind comments & a fine show!

Holdens are Aussie Chevys right? Wasn't the new Pontiac GTO of a couple of years back based on the Holden?

Nice ride by the way... I think my 60 Vette needs a 5 speed for the Muncie M21, especially with 4:11 rearend...LOL

Josh (jdustu) - glad to see you back - who would not be thrilled to own one of your pieces.

Bob - I really like this new technique - not that there is anything wrong with your normal style.

Frogz - that orange Olds is super cool - nice conceptualization and execution as always.

Awesome work Ken! Your technique and compositions keep getting better and better.

MartinsMaia - I love that little purple T-Bucket - very well done.
Steve (mckustoms) - Salt Flat 36 is exceptional - love how you did it.

I wish I would have been one of the lucky ones who got one of these. Excellent!

Gabe(krome) - very nice images. They really capture the excitement of being at those events

All I can say is WOW!! - 46specialD

Very nice Travis - I hope one day I can go on one of these road trips with you.

As I said with Jdustu's scullptures, I can't imagine anyone not being totally stoked to have one of these very original and creative lamps.

Allison - incredible array of nice images.

Great stuff everyone else as well

Thanks Bob, Ken and anyone I may have missed for your nice comments on my photos. Till next week.

  29. Yes that's correct , thanks Kenmo. I love my little car. This yellow car was my first car, 1979 I bought it. Holden started in horse carriage business, bought by GM in '31. First Holden car 1948.

Majority of front runners in the field in Austin Texas 'Circuit of the Americas' AUSTIN 400 Supercar Race this weekend are Holdens.

Yep, a '60 Vette w/ 4.11's would be something cool with a 5 cog. Mine in black/ black please!
