Drag Racing, Car Show, Cruise Night, Cacklefest and a great facility!
Poor Man's Nationals in Plaincity OH, it's just a really nice show put on by a really great club! Sunday July 28th 2013

 

Hot Rod A Rama was the best show in the Northwest hands down, I looked forward to it all year. Too bad it's gone...

 

My favorite is any show that has a lot of Kustoms.

Hands down BONNEVILLE SPEED WEEK.........

 

There's a show every year around Father's day in Pismo Beach. Not a big show, but the whole town goes pedestrian and it's really eclectic. You never know what you'll see.
And the chowder at Splash! is the best in the world!

LONESTAR ROUNDUP....plenty Koooool!

 

1. GNRS , great show to kick off the year . Lots of history , and the collection of cars is second to none , and the best part is that I can drive my roadster and park amongst all the buildings !
2. The LA Roadster Show . Another one with lots of history and one of the best swapmeets ever . The bonus , drive a roadster and you get free admission !
3. Goodguys West Coast Nats in Pleasanton . Great venue , and we usually make it a week long roadtrip of the state of CA .

Anything that doesn't require sitting in front of your car in a lawn chair waiting on the awards at the end.
My absolute favorite event, I really don't consider it a show, is none other than the HAMB drags.

 

Pumpkin Run in Southern Ohio in October 3,400 cars is a good time too

Used to be the OCCA Labor Day Cruise at OC Fairgrounds. A few years ago it was a four day party staking out a camping spot Thursday and cruising all day Friday, Saturday and half of Sunday. It still goes on but it's lost a lot of it's cars to Cruise for a Cure.

 

Might have been said already but I like the Back To The Fifties Car Show. Search it on youtube great cars on every video!

 

For a race it would be the march meet and bowling green. For a show symco wins hands down. There is so much to do at symco and the grounds makes it a winner.
