Event Coverage Help out a "Stranger" in need......

Went by Don's and got some flyers to post and pass out at work.

 

We all know times are hard, so we appreciate any contributions/raffle prizes. Someone bought $ 10.00 gift cards for Starbucks. Those types of things can be put together with a shirt & hat to make a respectable raffle prize. As things get closer we are fine tuning the details.
I know everybody likes to set up easy ups by their cars, but the space is tight, so we are setting up 100' of tables and chairs in my side driveway, which is partially shaded, but people are welcome to put their easyups over the tables to provide plenty of shade.
Hopefully, we will be able to set up vendors inside the building Friday night to avoid congestion in the morning. The building will be secure for the night.
A short block away is a 2 block square park with one of the best playgrounds and barbeque pits if people would rather settle down there and come to the show.
We will be serving hotdogs, chips & drinks with the show & pulled pork sandwiches for an additional $5.00. If I can get my freezer working, we will also have ice cream.

man i dont know what say other thanks to every body for helping out with this . this means alot to the wife and me …she's been so overwhelmed be this and everything else thats been going on . its awesome when you see people step up and go beyond …again thank you all from the bottom of are hearts .
