I just had the wheels painted. Ill put them on the car and snap a pic...no tires yet.

My wife runs chrome 5 spoke Surpreme's.
They look AWESOME with a medium sized whitewall.
I think she's got Coker's, but I'm not sure. I forget.

How big and wide of a tire / wheel combo can you go with on a stock 64 Galaxie without tubbing or shortening the rear end?

 

I think the painted wheels need some chrome spiders on them with beauty rings.

 

You went the right route. Looks great. I am digging the tires like crazy!!

 

Here's the rears. I need to get off my ass and get movin with this project. So lazy lately..allergies and humidity don't mix well.
