also Dearborn Classics had them a while back. Not cheap if I remember.
A horizontal bar grill (flatstock) would look good between those Econoline buckets as well. I just swapped my bumper for a 63 Comet, so I will be joining you in figuring out what to do with the front mug.

Here my 61 Falcon. Went bare metal on her. Live in Vegas. Doesn't rain.
Has 200ci straight six, 2barrel adapted to it, and been switched to 4 on the floor.
    Daily driven. On bags too.

Looks cool. I think I see bucket seats - Futura?

What kind of four-speed are you running? Dagenham? Or something beefier?

The whole drivetrain is out of a 65 mustang. Got the 2 barrel off a 289. Trans is the dagenham.

Yeah there buckets also out of 64-65 mustang as well, they were upholstered by Lay Deluxe.

Nice to see another round body on here. Cool to see it stripped down bare. Buckets and trim removed looks like its a Futura model. Would like to see your airbag set up.

  10. ...don't know anything about this one, it showed up at a cruz nite last year, very nice...

    Ahshoe, Jereny,
those are two sweet looking Falcons. Love em both. I'am doing a 62 Ranchero, gona be a 87-93 roller motor with a t-5 5 speed. Got most every thing but the engine. would like to see more pics. of both, engine size, interior etc.etc. Go to my album to see my flock.

    Hi Butch,

Mine has a 170 6cyl with some Clifford goodies. Still has the Ford-O-Matic 2-speed transmission (for now). Front Disc Brakes and narrowed 8" rear-end.
I'm currently finishing up the final touches on the interior.

    Jeremy, your '62 looks sweet!

Almost anything looks good in red (to me) but I really like the interior also.

I have got a set of wheels very simular I am getting ready to buy tires for to put on my '63. What size are your tires and do you know the backspace on your wheels?

    Thanks,

    Phillip

There are some really nice Falcons in here, I just picked up this one a few months ago. These cars are a blast to drive and mine doesn't stay parked for long.

    Very nice!!

  24. Falcon done wrong. It's pretty straight. It's in the Merced, CA Pick-N-Pull. I asked and it'd cost $900-$1300 to get a car out of the yard. Someone cut the splash aprons and part of the shock towers off. The floors are started and there are a couple of braces inside. Too bad for this two door wagon.

Just finished this one. Australian XP Falcon sedan delivery (1965).
Think I need some better side mirrors though :)

  26. Bitchin! The mirror is fine. It's cool how the front part of the panel where the window would go is like an Australian Ranchero, but it's not that way for the regular wagon.

  27. LOve that dash!! Is that stock Aussie, or is that a Comet dash (too lazy to look up)??

How do those kick panel speakers work out?? Do they interfere with leg room??

    GREAT wagon!!

Does anyone here have 4 lug cragar mags that I can put on my 65 Falcon?

Having a devil of a time finding such and I know it's like a needle in the haystack - but I figured I would ask...

    Hey cheers Cosmo.
The dash is standard Aus for 64 (XM) & 65/6 (XP). Is actually a plastic version of the comet dash.
Kick panels are from falconparts dot com and are great. Have them on my station wagon also and never a problem.

That looks like a "flopped" much nicer version of my wagons dash! Your clusters look an awfull lot like our Comet clusters, and I too have the same kick panels and really like them.
