Thanks Boones.. glad you got to see it in person.. hey youre not the only one who liked the purple the silver and purple really looked good on this car.. how i got to green.. who knows

i thought it was just me.. but yes it does! i think moving the roof forward, the rear quarters getting smaller, me lowering the tailights and moving the license plate down to the bumper and the skirts..all add to the illusion of the rear of this car looking longer than it really is

Well,no new updates.. going to start chopping my vent windows and start my interior... with the help from my Arizona Hamb brothers.. i was able to locate a green vinyl very close to my paint color.. so interior is going mostly off white with pleated green inserts.. and the lower half of my door panels will be green also... ordered some insulation/ heat barrier stuff.. going to cover the floor and firewall.. so i should have some updates soon.. thanks again for all the positive comments guys.. means alot.. hope to see a bunch of you out and about this year.. come by and say hi CJ

When you compare the before chopped pictures the top seems taller than stock and totally out of proportion.

Beautiful car and your build is an inspiration to all us guys that only have normal home sized work spaces to get things done.

thanks! I totally agree with you on the top.. I cant get over the difference and how "tall" the original roof does look.. and the hardtop roofs are lower than the sedans! Makes me happy knowing i can inspire other guys to do the same.. it is possible to get it done with limited space and tools!
