Selling - can I right away?

Hi, since I'm new to the board and I don't wanna foul up, I'd like to know if I can sell some things right away. I admit it's a reason I joined, someone recommended Jalopy Journal, I got to move some things sooner than later. I'm looking around, I'm reading posts, I am posting, I just want to be sure. I have some stuff people really might be interested in. Thanks guys.
