Thank's for the tutorial Flop. You have given me a better idea on how to approach the rear corners on my coupe. If I get in over my head, I may have to give you a shout and schedule a trip up the river...

Nice job!! I got 'ya beat though! The bottom 8 inches of my '30 coupe was flame cut out back in the 60's and replaced with gutter flashing and 2x4 lumber...lol. How did you make the inner fender well pieces? Cant see it too well in the photos...shrinker/crimper?

fresh coat of gibbs since the shop was condensing due to the warm weather! well then i started working late and then got hungry so thats where i stopped patch finished up WELL SOMEONES GONNA NEED A FRAME SOOOOON!
thanks willy! tied up some loose ends/ details on the B pillar tonite threw Ralphs decklid on just for kicks ! half impressed that it actually fits all the major stuff just about done on this side !
parts are piling up !! still need a 50 olds manual belhousing and a 40 ford center X member gonna have to get a frame real sooon! 331 blocks lasalle side shift banjo bells that actually will be chromable!!
Hey Flop - loving the thread and work as is everyone - very talented. What are you using to grind your welds/panels and what r u using to get that final finish? Doesn't look like a DA.... Cheers!

Thanks etek!! i do all my grinding with an electric sander and various grits. and far as the finish its done by hand ! hah thanks montanafordman!! well i got the whole back of the car together ! no more vice grips!!! they seem to be multiplying!!
I'm very impressed on how you get a patch panel to disappear nice work man i need to go to P.A. to learn how to weld.
