cool! i love the one where it's sitting in front of those junked "new" cars, it looks like it's saying, "i win." that thing is freakishly tough. i love it.

Hello just got my 1950 dodge wayfarer 3 window,,just wo.dering if anyone had some advice on why my brakes work for 5 min,,,then fills like the pedal has 200lb of pressure behind it you cant push pedal in at all the let sit pressure is gone untill you pump again...thanks john

I got no idea on that one man.. .maybe bad wheel cyls or clogged lines?? On my car I've removed all the original brakes and replaced with a modern hydro booster and master cyl from an astro van and s10 disc brakes

damn man this is badass. i had a 97 dodge 12v with the p pump. probably one of the best motors ever built. torque for DAYS. id love to put one in an old truck. i loved the motor but HATED the new truck. lol sick build dude

Im still bein achicken.. haha im scared to cut the roof off my car.. iv done a couple mini truck chops and a 88-98 chevy silverado but all the roundness of this is intimidating.. haha

I drive a 92 d250 daily with this engine and being a diesel Mecanic I know what these are capable of have you turned up the pump or done injectors anything like that yet?
I'm building a 48 merc pickup with a s10 front clip full air 3inch chop i was going olds big block but since seeing this I think iv changed my mind again
How is the s10 ft clip holding up so far what steering box are you running with it?hows the astro van hydro boost

 

S10 clip is holding up pretty good.. I got the motor so far back most of the weight is offset just behind the suspension.. probably have close to 3,500 miles on it since I got it runnng.. the steering box is a factory gm from the s10 I believe its a Saginaw box.. astro hydrobooster is workin great! brakes in my 50 work better than the brakes in my 2008 magnum

Recently did a little work to the Injection pump on the cummins.. installed a Denny T AFC delete top plate (basicly adds more fuel no air fuel control so my foot is the fuel control) more fuel = roll a lil coal if I slowly roll into the throttle pedal theres no smoke at all but if I stomp rite into it... its a fukn smoke screen!!

Are the gauges 12v reproductions? Is there a way to make the 6v work on 12v

 

None of the original guages are hooked up.. im not sure if they can be hooked up 12v or not..
