Thanks a ton guys! Been messing with the A-Bone Sedan at the house, waiting to get the 50 in to Tony at Tri-Valley Auto Glass for the side glass and wing windows. Then I can finally finish the interior. I'll get some more pics up of that work as it happens

Looks Great Erik. '49 & 50's were always my favorite years. Myself, I'd two tone it, but, of course, that's your choice. I think a monochromatic color, below the belt line, would look great. Even something like a stock 1950 GM color, "Grecian Gray" for instance. Good Luck! ...........roof color reminds me a little bit of Dave York's Shoebox

I just read this from start to finish and loved it the whole way. You did great work. How many inches did you end up taking out of the roof?

Thanks for the info. How tall are you and how did it affect your comfort. I'm 6' 4" and want to do maybe a 4 in front and a 5 in the rear when I build one. Just want to get an idea of what I'm in for.

Im 6'2" so that was a definite consideration. I have 3" or so of headroom with a stock seat. I may cut the frame down a little but i dont have much room with the tunnel. Tbird buckets Would give some more room too. 4/5 wouldn't have worked for me comfort and visibility wise.

I hear ya. It's easy to dream and think how low you would go but I think when it comes time I would probably chop it less.

Wow, you did so much in such a short time. It turned out great. I'd be happy to roll it as is.
About the color. When you say you added the black and silver, you mean you mixed it with the green right??

Finally and Update... Took it to the Suede Palace at the Sac Autorama.
I'd like to thank Axle for putting on an awesome show, I had a great time.
I picked up the Mala Car Club Pick, The Traditional Rod and Kustom Magazine Pick and the San Jose Speed and Chrome "Best Kustom Pick".

I want to thank Kustoms By Jennings for the work on the body and paint, Hill's Rod and Custom for the work on the floors, trim, and the help at the show and Eric Reyes for his awesome sign.

Now its back to the lab to work on the bottom half of the paint, tweak the bumpers and grille and get the interior done.
