    The fronts are 16 x 4.5, and the rears are 18 x 7.
They are bolt on because when I bought them in 2001, no one had a pin drive set up for the street. I powdercoated them, then glass beaded them to knock the sheen down.
The last number i have for them is: 310-534-4477.
His name is Phil Schmidt, and he was a one man operation the last time I talked to him, so you may have to call a couple of times to reach him.
    great stuff though.

    Alfin,

I thought your coupe was finished. Glad to hear that your getting it sorted thats for sure. And Summer is just around the corner for you so perfect timing. Even though not 100% traditional I like the idea of playing with EFI for one engine in a car I eventually build. I have a Hemi and have always looked at your engine and thought I might do the same one day... I think a bit like you the computer side of it would be my down fall. But mechanical injection doesn't seem to like the street to much.

Guess the funny thing is , nowadays, you will probably find more people who can help you sort out your EFI in your hot rod that would be able to help you with your QC.

    Beautiful car, but I'm a sucker for a 5W.

Very nice! Got a louvered hood top to go along with the louvered deck lid? Maybe some louvered sides with polished aluminum bulges to change it up now and again too?

I've got a hood, but it's not louvered. I plan to drive the wheels off of it, and was concerned about the rain, having open stacks. On the advice of Dale Cherry, I'm going to double the length of the stacks to 6" to help the low, and mid-range.

  12. Thanks for the info and hope your car makes out to the west coast so we all out here can see it.

Sweet 5W! What color did you powder coat the wheels with? Do you have a video of the car running?

They were powdercoated Antique Bronze, and when I got them back, I didn't like them, they were too shiny. I then glass beaded them at 20 psi, and got the finish I desired. I hope to take a video of it next week, if another storm doesn't hit us this weekend. Knowing how to post it is another thing.

Cool, thanks for the quick response! I would not have guessed antique bronze. I like the look a lot. I want to do pretty much the same thing on my healey.

Me either !! What about us poor slobs with only 3 windows ?? Alex, that thing is just beautiful. Everything looks right as rain. (I don't really know what that means) Color, stance, wheels, chop, etc. etc. Can't wait to see it up close !!

    Absolutely lovely lines alfin!
Shaking hands w/the 'E' side takes patience...
Worst challenge I had was battery in trunk, Long (+) cable
and Voltage-drop meant the ECU was unhappy starting on <9 volts.
(a larger cable cleared this one up)
Takes a while to catch the gremlins.
