Here is my 1962 Ghia L6.4 Coupe

Here's the wheel in my '49 Ford Coupe. So far I haven't seen another one like it.
My buddy bought it thinking it was a Chevy "Butterfly" wheel.
When it didn't fit his GM steering shaft, he traded me for a decent 14" green flake wheel.
A wheel restorer at Paso told me that its a fairly rare '55 Mercury accessory wheel...I just know that I like it.

 

A few years late, but your wheel is definitely a Packard. Not sure on the year as they used the same wheel for a few. The one going in my roadster is a '53 Packard.

Here's the one I put in my 35 Ford Pickup, I think its MG or Triumph not sure except its British.

 

Here is the steering wheel I just put in my sedan.

 

Here's a couple that turn me! 1st pic is an Ansen from the 60's. The 2nd pic is a Cragar that I got into a bidding war on that "Evil Site", I wanted it so bad I paid big $ for it.

Not a car wheel, but thought this group would appreciate the work that went into it. Got a few hours in this one.
It's original to my 1956 Crestliner Viking Deluxe (aluminum boat).
Wheel is an Attwood.

Dash is getting a complete makeover, almost done.

And after a bit of time.
The lower trim and the 3rd spoke were made from aluminum tubing. The trim was hammer formed to match the contours of the wheel. The 3rd spoke was squeezed at the top to give it a wider look, and squeezed at the bottom the other way to make it narrow.
The banding between the two colors is aluminum wire, epoxied in place.

here's my 1949 Chevrolet accessory wheel.

 

Found this wheel in a junkyard, and pick up an old Grant wheel all rust but wheel itself was wood and put on with rivets..
Drilled out rivets, some trimming. drill a few holes on center and found a Pontiac center cap fit perfect.. its different and a lot of people ask about it

 

The green one is not a Cragar. The Cragar wheels had the small circle on the end of the spokes.

This and the 59 Chevy wheel are my favorites. I bought one of these wheels from our local Chev dealer in Pa. in 1952 for my first car a 46 chevy. On my 50 that I have now I have a wood wheel that matches my Wabbit dash but if I ever find one of the old Chevy
wheels I sure would consider using it.

Wheel in my Super Deluxe 47. I wrapped it with a "Wheelskins" leather wrap. Makes the skinny wheel a little fatter, which helps the "armstrong" steering, and it's not so slick.
Also, I think it's cooler in the summer heat, and warmer in the winter cold.
