27 Roadster title

"27 T Roadster nearing completion, don't have a vin (they were titled by the motor number and I'm running a SBC) Best way to get a title?

 

Start with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles web site, or your local DMV office.

 

Stock chassis has a number on it. Custom chassis (home built?) may also have a number on it if you look hard enough.

 

DMV and be persistent----

 

SEMA has a PDF with registration requirements by state. I have looked it up several times and posted it, but it is just as easy for someone else to do it. they regularly update it so it is normally current.
