Thanks Dick - still plenty to come. And not just for this thread either.

Thanks bonesy! It is good to know there are people still out there checking out the thread. I love that 32 Roadster in your avatar!

Does anyone know what kind of grill shell is on this one?

I love your style. I can't think of
any other pictures that pretty much
require you to look at all of it. Not
just the car, but what is going on in
the foreground and after you take
that in then you go to the background.
In a way they remind me of the glass
based pictures taken in the late 1890's
to 1920's. Glass pictures always have
way more detail than the later film based
pictures. Your pictures are truly amazing.
    Thank you for sharing.

Thanks so much, Matt. I really appreciate that. I strive to make them unique and artistic. I am glad you and others enjoy them.

Thank you too - Philly the Greek

Here is something really different - a 1956 Lloyd turned into a A/MSP class dragster. I am not sure if this is HAMB friendly or not.

One of my favorites this year and all the other years I have been to GNRS is this 1947 Ford COE Car Carrier.

This one is not yet finished and was being shown in its bare metal phase. It is being built specifically to be sold at next years Barrett-Jackson auction with the proceeds going to fight Alzheimer's. It will have a 3 way top. It can be off all the way, on all the way or only the back half can be on. Should be really interesting to see when it is finished.

  20. I keep coming back to this thread. It's more than just pictures, it's pure artwork! I really think the outdoor pictures on those rainy days with the dark clouds and wet pavement really set the whole thing off. You really captured the essence of the day. Love your work!

You are most welcome, 1953girlracer. Thanks so much for that, vintagehotrods. My goal for this and all my threads is to provide artistic interpretations of what I find at the events I attend, as apposed to event coverage

Here is one that is OT, but it is so damn cool I had to include it in this thread because I know there are others out there who, like me, love traditional stuff, but like other types of cars as well.

This is the famous and incredible Boss 429 powered 1969 Ford Torino owned by George Poteet and built by Rad Rides By Troy shown here with the products of a neon sign dealer reflecting on it.

Thanks pug man, Babyearl and Roger. Please keep checking in, still a lot to come. Roger I am partial to your car as well - what a perfectly executed classic look.

Thanks It looks that way because it was built a long tome ago 40 or 50 years, I've never found out the original build date. Every corner rounded, tail lights lowered, the paints cracking but still shiney

It has certainly held up well, Roger.

Here is another shot of that 1947 Ford COE that I took at the 2011 GNRS and never posted. Someone in the COE thread requested it, so I figured I would add it here too since it shows it use with a baby on board.
