I'am installing a 9" ford in to my wife's Buick. I got the rear end out of a junk yard so I do not know what year or model it came out of. My problem is finding axle bearings. NAPA can't seem to find the one I need. The rear end is old small ford 2.835 O.D. X 1.378 I.D. X .675 wide. The problem is the width. I can get a bearing same size but the width is .875 I don't see how the will work. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I checked all around the net. It seems there's only one small bearing. The only part number I could find is BCARW207CCRA
Is it possible you have an 8in. rear end ?, That bearing matches my 8in. MasterPro® Bearing/Seal - Wheel Bearing Part # RW207CCRA Line: MPB 11.99
That bearing is made by BCA, and the part number is RW207CCRA, go to any bearing supplier or auto parts store and give them the number, they should be able to cross it to the brand that they sell.
That was my thought, too. Bottom front third member nuts.... if you can fit a socket on them, it's an 8", if not, it's a 9"

First thanks for all the help you guys have given me I really appreciate you helping me figure out what happened. Some one years ago installed an 8" bearing and seal into this rear end. Hence the two different bearings and seals. It took a little head scratching to figure the one out but thanks again.
