Close to the fairgrounds and right on HWY 20. Was a Heartland Inn for a while. Didn't know they changed their name.

I had booked there with Hotels.com and they screwed up the reservation. When they went to rebook they said it was full and shoved me next door to the Heartland. WTF. I booked clear back in May. Maybe I better check up on them again.

Hotels - PLEASE mention the Vintage Torque Fest when you call.
There is a big list of hotels on the site -

I believe that Baymont is sold out except for some suites....they are supposed to give me an updated list tomorrow.
Holiday Inn Express has stated they will give us special parking area and even a hose if anyone wants to wash off their cars! Nice of them.
You have to make your reservation at Holiday Inn before April 1 to get the discounted rate.
Best Western is usually the host hotel for many groups that come to Dubuque - the hotel is really nice. Again - have to reserve by April 1.
Mainstay Suites are very close by and have a reservation hold no later than April 1 as well. These rooms are $69 a night and only have 4 rooms left.

    Jamoke....
not sure what the deal is - I will call them.

The deal is - when people CALL the hotels and mention the Vintage Torque Fest - when we get enough rooms booked under our name - we get 1 room for free.
We use these rooms for our volunteers.
This is why it is important that people actually take the time to call up and book through the hotel.

All the prices you listed are the same or cheaper if you use our rate.

The free rooms the hotels give us are for the volunteers that put in 20 hours or more at the show.

I hope that people will call the hotels and reserve directly instead of using the online forms.

    Thanks
