I did a three inch channel (body drop) thats why its all cut out right now.

Right now im putting a notch cover and floor back in.

Well, I got down to my firewall and not much room for A/C. Are you going to have a/c in it… whats the plan?

Tons of room inside for behind dash unit especially because glove box is in middle on 56.

Did you take anything out of the rockers when you did the body drop?

Trying to keep as much original sheet metal as possible but sometimes it just doesn't work.

I wanted to reuse original wheel wells and move up but I had to cut them up pretty good to get them out. I will be using 225-75-15's don't want no small tire on there.

Yes it is half doored. Didnt like the way the rockers rolled under couldnt tell it was laying. If im gonna do the work to cut the whole damn floor out I want it to look floored. Kinda want to do rocker like a 54 chev.

I know the problem. I solved that issue on my daily by usig angle iron. Sounds ghetto as fuck, but the outcome was real good.

what are u doing for steering? will the headers get in the? . Also if u get rid the the floor pan , i dont mind taking it for mine. :D

  23. Can you explain what half doored means? I'm assuming its a mini truck term. Cool build by the way.

If you cut your rocker off you lay your door on the ground its called Doored.
Not necessarily a mini trucker term. I cant cut my rocker completely off hence the term half doored. I think we just made that up.

Headers and steering no problem. Just raised the floor pan still using it.
