Got the bumper finished up today. Finished filing the drivers flare, welded in some tabs behind to hold the exhaust tips in place floating in the openings. Over all I am super excited with how they look!

Few bits I gotta tie up on the trunk next week, gaps and filling the holes from the emblems then I am moving on from the back of the car. It will be nice to start another piece to my project and feels good to be almost finished with the back end of the car. I promise this will be the last couple of pictures of the back of the car until bodywork and paint.

How did you make the flares on the bumper? Again, you do tremendous work. I love it.

    Thanks CJ
Thanks, you will definently see it in person when its finished.
Thank you, I hope I am not going overboard on pictures.
Thank you to all of you, its great to have positive feedback like this.
I used round bar to make the flares, lot of sanding and filing to shape them.
Its a custom bumper for sure!
Thanks man, im super happy with them.

Outstanding work, out of all the tail lights the 55 chevy's are the best.
What is the plan for paint?

Sorry but I have been down with the flu for last 4 days. Not much to update at the moment. Picked up another motor, head light buckets and bezels last weekend. Getting my front fenders blasted this week. Will be starting the front end very soon.
