Thanks, figured I will contact them and get some measurement to see how close it is to my frame situation.
Black/Black..... Before I had the old school Chevy Orange with chrome and black accents so now it's gonna be all black with chrome accents and old Chevrolet script valve covers colormatched to the exterior of the truck.
My brother in law forum member "107" made this for me a long time ago. It's a 63 but its close to what I'm going for minus the chrome window trim.
Shaving holes in firewall, inside of cab and back of cab. Lots of rust repair and installed Speedway Motors chrome finned transmission oil pan. I had my daughter help spreading some of the bondo. She loves to help. Not gonna be easy knocking it down lol. Lots of sanding and bondo ahead.
Cool build bro, I like the truck and the suspention looks excellent. I like your Dads Impala too, looks pretty nice.
Do you're self a favor if you haven't already installed that pan put it on a surface plate or a reasonably flat surface. The one I got from Speedway last year was far from flat and leaks like a faucet!
Damn! I installed it yesterday. Maybe I can remove it one of these days and check. Thanks for the heads up
sweet truck. keep up the pace! we only get two eyes you should throw some safety glasses on that little girl of yours.
I took a break from the rockers and worked on my high hump conversion. I had to rework the firewall factory piece of the small hump and add a little to make the high hump work due to me cutting the small one out in he wrong spot.
I put the bumper on just for kicks. I pulled lots of parts off of a parts truck I got a while back. 62 3/4 ton with high hump
Looking good man, I love the C-10's. I'm building a '68, but my pics aren't welcome here since it's O/T. Your pics with the bed on but no cab are tripping me out... used to seeing truck builds with cab on / bed off, but not the other way around. Looking forward to updates.
