Great! Couldn't have picked a more fitting winner, IMHO.

So nice and simple. A huge difference from those gay Boydsters.

  16. There's a good story on the car in TRJ #56.

Good to hear! I too was really chearing for the H.A.M.B.ers out of Spokane, but Mumford's '27 is a freekin' JEWEL! I honestly couldn't find anything I didn't like about the car, 'cept maybe the display that didn't let you get close enough to really see it. That can be said about all the AMBR cars though. Now that a truly traditional car has won it again, may be the next return to tradition can be simple, smaller displays so you can really look at the details of the car and see it all. Although if memory serves, Mumford's display was very simple in comparison to others.

Looks like a great choice to me. Love the colors on it.

  23. The Mumford roadster was our pick, the details are outstanding and the ARDUN converted V-8 Sixty is a work of art. George Kudasch, who while working for Zora Arkus Duntov, designed the ARDUN head for the V-8 Sixty would be proud to know his design has won the best of the best.
