Well my bucket list of events to attend keeps growing. Damn that is a lot of fine vehicles in one place.

 

Cheers Steve, yep 2.5day drive but made it - also scored a new 28A roadster with a Cragar converted banger!

Great to be there, especially for a Brit!

Hahahahah! It's awesome for a garage paint job. Not bad at all! And no I have to help a friend install surround sound speakers in his home for the Super Bowl. It sucks being the friend who is a professional electrician.....man u get called for everything! But is all good. Have fun tomorrow. ANC check out bomonster booth in the suede palace. He's got some badass art for sale! And the acme booth too! Have fun and stay safe!

Saw 'The Beatnik" at Starbird's Tulsa Show 6 years ago when Gary won the "Go For The Gold" Award with it in 2006. He was kind enough to give me up-close details of everything he did to it...and, to think it started out as a Ford ! Awesome to see in person !

It looks just as cool, and current as the day it first left his shop !!

great looking car...I cant believe how leaky the roof is @suede palace- your car looks like it would be drier if it was outside, it leaks every year...seems to be getting worse.. axle deserves better

I am just stunned seeing all the fab stuff at this event. All the old stuff is awesome, nice to see Steve Wortheims "Waco Kid" roadster among the survivor group. Love that machine. Thanx for the super shots. Taken the trip without leaving the farm, priceless. ~sololobo~
