Batmobile just sold for 4.2 million on barret jackson. Looks like a fresh repaint and all redone. Looked good on TV

 

Thank god GB threw in his jacket - stalled at $2.2 mil before he did that

 

The seller said its going in his living room, I'd get a batman costume and drive the shit out of it

I can't see the batmobile being worth that kind of money unless he gets exclusive rights to all merchandising relating to the batmobile. The winner is actually going to pay somewhere around 4.5 million after BJ takes their cut. Good luck on every getting that much back out of it.

Did anyone else notice how friggin' rough the Batmobile looked below the beltline? I mean it was baaaaad! I'd sure like to see the engine and undercarriage, I'll bet it looks equally shoddy. But still, it IS the Batmobile and I too would drive that damn thing to work dressed as Batman!
