    Hi,

Great Trucks so much inspiration here.

Could anyone enlighten me on the difference between a "custom cab" and a..... non custom cab unibody is?

Dennis Carpenter or NPD have the mirrors. Most Ford restoration parts suppliers should have them.

  7. Got a coat of primer on mine. Still trying to figure out where I want to go for sure with this (lots of conflicting idea in my head lol). The big Monroe swap meet is this weekend. Maybe Ill find something that will steer me in a for sure direction.

Dont worry, the wheels are just rollers =)

Here's my latest buy. Went to Texas, by way of Mississippi, for less rust! Worth the 1926 miles compared to what is usually found around these parts.

This is my 61. I bought it this spring and have been driving it all summer. I have the original seat and wheels that will be going on it soon. I plan on lowering it this winter. I'm going to remove a few leafs out of the front and see how it rides or maybe try to flip the axle. I'm not sure if anything is needed to that other then just flipping it and connecting it back to the springs. As for the back I want to flip the axle, do I need to do anything special like rolling the eyelets.

Hello, even though I am committed to finish building my wheelstander I do also have a 63 uni that I have not worked on in over a year.It is on a 63 dodge frame with 71 318,4speed and a dead 8 3/4.I have tried too sell it multiple times and nobody really likes it because half ford half dodge, but I happen to own and like both fords(mercurys mostly) and dodge. But no money to make it driveable again
    Good day Chris

Here's my '62 Unibody. 292, 3 speed with 3" lowering springs on all 4 corners. I'm just doing a shop truck/driver. I may add an AOD and I'm looking for a better hood, but that's about all I'm going to do with this one.

Looking good midnight ... great idea with the web headliner. The stance is right on & the caddy looks right at home.

    Enjoyed the pix.
