Yep, PRC. We have used them a few times to make radiators to our dimensions and I recommend them 100%. Super nice people, great product, and reasonable. http://www.prchotrod.com/ Don Here is one they did for me a few years ago.
Your's is probably as efficient as mine was too. I couldn't get it over 170 degrees even running a 192 thermostat. My Son is also running a PRC cooling the 455 Olds in his rpu and it keeps it cool, even here in Florida. Don
Mattson's Radiator in Stanton CA. They've been at it for over 40 years! They have built many custom radiator's for me, not to mention many Big Name builders. http://www.mattsonscustomradiator.com/
I have a PRC in my 40. Works so well I need to put in a higher thermostat because it run too cool, about 175 deg, for my TPI. 195 deg isnt hot enough.
William's made me a custom '37 Ford radiator awhile back that was perfect in every way...........including price. As I recall they had a guy in Indiana produce them and when I received mine there wasn't one cooling fin bent. <TABLE class=body border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=450><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top>Williams Street Rods 14770 Cooks Mills Road Humboldt, IL 61931 Phone: 217-235-3433 Fax: 800-787-2450 Call Toll Free: 800-787-2450</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> http://www.williamsstreetrods.com
