1952 Ford F1 daily build

Once again you did another nice, clean build. Very sanitary. What did you do for motor mounts on the 302? Stock radiator?

 

I just got the biscuit style mounts, using a aluminum speedway cheapy

Color sanded the 15 year old paint and doesnt look to shabby...all new side glass including the anti rattle kit and also installed the speedway cheapy aluminum radiator. Anyone know where i can get the door handle pins and the pins/springs for the window wings?

 

This truck is perfect. I wouldnt change a thing.

 

Well around 3000 miles I gotta at least change the oil.

Check out Classic Haulers they have the gear for your wing windows.. Looking like a little bling with the Rad.. The paint looking real fine..

Thanks. the Rad is a cheapy so if it blings I guess that's extra bonus ha although I did paint the front. The master clynder is the 67 mustang style

 

I would change anything, but I think you should find the F-O-R-D letters that go on the hood. Maybe also get someone to letter the tailgate the same way.

Hey for your wing window parts and other door parts you could always try this place I use called "John's House". Ha!

 

Man, 302's are just ugly! Mine came out of a van too! But I wasnt smart enough to find one that ran...

I think some 302s have the stock clean look and some have a little more color..

You're going to dig the AOD. I had an 289 with an aod in my 56. That truck would cruise at 80, it was awesome.

I'm curious about moving the rear spring perch, is that something that needs to be done too?im about to start cutting my 51 up but not sure if that needs to be moved to.thanks for helping
