    What a year.....

Sold these.... 50 Merc, 62 Corvair wagon, 51 Henry J, and still want to sell a 37 Ford tudor....

All to buy my wife her dream house! She claims I will get my shop back as soon as we get our other house sold.... Damn you HG TV!!!!!

Oh yeah... So now I'm broke, with only my 49 Olds Convertible left...
She's been asking what it's worth... LOL!

Because of my crappy back and the A's hard ride, i had to sell the A to finance buying this 39 coupe as a basket case.
Was a dry solid car from Colorodo which made it a lot easier and the car rides nice and smooth.

What I bought is OFF TOPIC here on the HAMB but .... with my roadster burnt ... I NEEDED some thing to drive that the top comes down on.

1967 ... with only 31,000 miles. I got a new 67 VW as a graduation present from my folks ... so this is really a neat little ride for me and the wife.

For the first time in a long long time I did not buy a single car, nor have I sold one (tried selling my woodie so I could buy another wagon). probably did not add another car because of the divorce threats from my wife if I did (with 3 projects in the garage I did not need another one)... or maybe it was due to not having the $$$$

    Did sell my boat finally

    it was a good day.

Bought a business, a t coupe body, a 270hp vette intake, and a tail-light for my Falcon. The business kinda kicked the crap out of the toy budget for this year.

Sold nothing, gave away a few things and bought a pile of rust according to my wife.

I've been adding a few piece to the collection of parts I already had before I bought the rust pile and hope to have a rolling running chassis by June. I need to buy a shipping container to use as a shop for it though or to use to put my shop equipment in so I can get a car in my garage and work on it. It might be easier to put everything but the welder and main tool box in the shipping container beside the one car garage.

  26. Traded my '48 suburban for a '40 ford, after redoing it I traded it for a'57 chevy. Traded that for a '32 3 window and finally traded that for a '32 roadster. Now the roadster is in the process of becoming a HAMB friendly hot rod. Dropped axle, drilled radius rods, lowered all around and it will lastly get an old school paint job.

I sold my '50 Caddy 61 4dr, received in a barter a couple years back. I don't think my wife has forgiven me yet.
I'm hoping she will feel a lot better when she finds out I did another barter and got this Fordor; I haven't told her yet.

  30. to teh original poster. i think trading that coupe body for a 84 chevy was a HORRIBLE decision...HORRIBLE.

this years score for me was a mucie m22 rock crusher for under a bazzilion dollars.
