Ok time to ,make the pattern for the seat cover. I'm going for a 60's sparkle vinyl with snaps and and Diamond inserts pleats. I'm not a upholstery expert by any means, just learning as I go. so any input is always appreciated...

First I used a small amount of spray glue on my pattern to keep it from moving all over.
    Working off the center line.

I'm making my template for my door panels... Do I have to notch the top two corners because it doesn't seem to sit flat.
Second. How far up should I go with the panel under the dash. Any advice or pics would be great.

Dude!! Looks like I may have to walk across the street and see how my future employee is doing...lol Your garnish moldings will extend to the edge and push your panel tight. That is an area where the plastic works great because you can heat it and it will hold the bend. I know it is a lot more cost factor with plastic but with you super tight roof you know its going to get wet. With the plastic you don't have to worry about warpage.

As for the kick panel you are good at the dash. The 1/2" wide strip right next to the dash panel is where the metal trim piece attaches that holds the windlace. If you are not going to install windlace you may need to cover that spot.
