    Wow!!!....Very nice!

  6. Great start! You're doing well.

If you're not going to remount the spare I'd make two suggestions: move the plate over to cover the spare bracket holes, and get the shorter rear bumper brackets to tighten the fit of the rear bumper.

Thank you guys for the compliments... Car turned out better than I could have ever hoped for. Love it when a plan comes together.

Thanks dude! Like I said before your '35 was definitely a big inspiration on this one.

I know, I know, in the works.

Unfortunately I have the wrong e-brake internals so that will happen at a later time. I'll just have to put it in gear and not park on any hills for the time being. ;)

    Yes sir.

I agree. I have the shorter bumper brackets just haven't put them on yet and I need to find a nifty little plate mount and light so I can move it over.

Looks great. I would hang a front bumper on it as I could not afford to buy another grill and add a air filter as well. Have fun

Nathan, the new stance looks great! You've got a good eye and great taste in cars.

So you only used a reverse spring 7 leafs on the back? Trying to figure what to do with this old girl.

You did very well, looks just the way i like 'em. I like them a little lower in the front than the back though.

Thanks bud! You ready to do some brake lines??:D

    Thanks dude! Really appreciate it!

I used a Posies Super Slide spring in the rear, 9 leaves, reversed eyes. I originally took out two leaves (like pictured) but put them back in as it softened the spring a little too much. Putting the two leaves back in raised the rear about an inch. Nice car by the way.

I actually put the two leaves I removed from the rear spring back in today and it raised the rearend about an inch or so. I also plan to take 1 leaf out of the front which should drop it just a bit.

Outstanding 36. It looks like you really found a good one to start with. I was planning on just changing the stance and wheels and tires on mine and it sorta snow balled into more. I really dig the simple beauty of these cars with just some minor changes.

Thanks man! JeffreyJames' '35 and your '36 were definitely the two biggest inspirations on this car.
