yeah im yankin the flathead out of the truck for the T. I feel its a little more correct for the T and that flathead is one hell of a runner

That's what makes hot rods so bad ass, they're basically go carts on steroids.

 

yup I love making little hot rods. big ones are cool and all but the smaller the better it seems. plus they just look so great with big and littles when there tiny.

 

Sharp hot rod, for sure. The stance is perfect.

I'll be making a update on a few things later tonight since I got so many messages about things ive done. also I am 6'1 and its still a tight fit but gosh it makes it so much nicer to fit inside this car. I hate people looking like a damn giraffein there cars. I always liked how people seem to sit in 32s always supper low and there eyes are in plane with the cowl .

Great build. You can't beat a '26-'27 T on '32 rails.

 

What did you do about mating the belly in the top of the 32 rails with the flat T body?
Make a spacer? Flatten the rails?

What steering box did you use?

I'll say again, that is one bitchin' roadster!

 

I havent delt with the fact that the frame is swept but I already know what im going to do. all I have to do is when I do my patches on the cowl im going to cut a pie out of the front to lower the front a hair and give the body that sweep.

also the steering box is a 1937 zephyr box turned 90 degrees. I had it laying around since my dad is building one.

 

so hear is a picture of the pedals and the shifting linkage. I dont have the linkage in place yet but i just have to shorten it down and it will fit.

 

and the patch I did today
