The propeller and cowling in the foreground is a C-130A powered by the Allison T56-A-9 these have the air intake below the prop. The C-130A had a three bladed prop, in this pic you would see another blade from this angle if it had the 4 blades of later models.
C-133A was powered by the Pratt & Whitney T34-P-7WA, these had the air intake above the prop, that knocks the C-133 out of the running.
(It looks like the right time frame for both to be A models)

I also have to agree the Constellation is the greatest looking airliner ever built, that and they sound fantastic! I was lucky enough to get a ride on HARS Super Constellation. When I was a 'Red Beret' (Army Parachute Display Team) we did a lot of displays at the same airshows and became friends with the crew.

"Augmentation" hadn't been invented, no Photoshop, No teeth whitening(?). She was/is to die for. At least in my taste. You go Babs!!

    Sure, here's some info:

    Isotta-Fraschini 8C Monterosa ("Izotta-Fraschini 8C Monterosa") 1947-1949
The company Isotta-Fraschini tried to resume car production, introducing in 1947 the Tipo 8C Monterosa of Fabio Rapi (Fabio Rapi) and Alessandro Bai (Alessandro Baj). The machine is once again destined for U.S. buyers, which explains its appearance. The name of the model had an allegorical meaning, as the Monterosa - is the highest peak in the Alps on the border between Italy and Switzerland.
It was a large six-seater car on a steel platform with the rear engine V8, a box with pre-selection of gears and rubber suspension. Radiators and cooling systems were behind. Body of Zagato ("Zagat") was long and sleek, but not quite beautiful. The front looked like a model Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Benz, and behind Lancia Aprilia ("Lancia Aprilia") and even the Tatra ("Tatra").
Prior to the car sales significantly upgraded: engine capacity has increased from 2.5 to 3 liters, and power - from 103 to 115 hp, radiator moved forward, and the rubber suspension gave way to spring. The car had developed a neutral handling and speed of 161 km / h We will never know why, with the likely success of the Americans the Italian government in 1949 rejected the project, the company closed its plant and transferring arms concern Breda ("NAC").
Last car Isotta-Fraschini was absolutely not similar to previous models: the body from Zagato, rear 3-liter V8, a box with a preliminary choice of transmission and rubber suspension
    Characteristics (1947)
    Engine: V8, the overhead
    Bore and Stroke: 78x78 mm
    Displacement: 2982 cm3
    Maximum Power: 115 hp
    Transmission: 4-speed manual
    Chassis: Steel platform for
Suspension: independent on the helical springs
    Brakes: drum
    Body: 4-seater sedan
    Maximum speed: 161 km / h

At the time, the Isotta Fraschini Tipo 8C was progressing rapidly. In keeping with the international trend, Lampredi had developed a water-cooled V-8 engine with hemispherical combustion chambers and a 90-degree block, predictive of the FirePower V-8 Chrysler would put into mass production beginning in 1951. The innovative slanted overhead-valve design was actuated by one overhead camshaft per cylinder head. During the developmental stage, different displacements were realized. Lampredi began with a 2.5-liter engine, later increased to 3.0 liters, then to 3.4 liters. It is very interesting to note that the engine, gearbox, and differential were combined in a single block constructed from a special light-metal alloy.
