The dart is going to have the smaller (5 on 4") pattern and will be narrower.

Slmlrd, she looking sweet in that color...I'm still thinking of which HOK hotrod flatz I want, that red pearl is calling to me though the darker blue does too.
I/we want interior pics when the time comes man....I'm actually thinking white tuck&roll cloth for mine{cloth breathes-vinyl don't!}...burlewood dash/trim, skirts, visor, dummy spots{don't want to drill big holes}, briz bumpers, tribar headlgihts, tombstone taillights...no chop for me though.
You did a fine job with her..thanks for the inspiring ride!

I wasn't familiar with the 40' plymouths until I looked at one this weekend. I came home and started checking out your thread and yours has the exact look I'm going for. Now to do a little more research to see if anyone has a 392 Hemi stuffed in it. That's a lot of engine to try and cool down in a small space. I'm not looking to copy anyone, but that color is pretty close to what I had in mind. Keep the pics coming! It's beautiful!!!! You've done a fantastic job on it.

At the beginning of the build a few people mentioned about rust in the usual places. Where are the usual places on these? The car I am looking at is a little hard to access to get a good all over look. Thanks
    For any help. Icky

Great car !! Luv that color on those body-lines...just LOOKS RIGHT !

What ratio did the Coronet 8 1/4" have? The spring perch locations worked out too? Might've missed it, but did you add anything in the way of preventing spring wind-up?
I'm at the point of having to find a rear end for a 40 Chrysler coupe that is in the first stages of a build, and will be looking for something similar. Plus, I want to stay as much Mopar as possible. (Don't ask about the water pump situation..)
I previously read on the HAMB that the Explorer pinions are offset, is that correct? The frame on the 40 Chrys has a narrow drive-shaft opening that is centered, so the Exp probably wouldn't work.

    Hey Eric!
I haven't taken any pics lately, but here's one a while ago (hood off).
I'm in the process of installing my side glass and vent rubbers. New baby has put a few things on hold- hahaha.

Also putting some nice paint on my garnish moldings. ImageUploadedByTJJ1352866823.195914.jpg

Cream white rolled and pleated everything. Over the top, but still classy. I have some cool drawings of the way I want it. It will be cool.
